You’ve said no to chocolate. For a day, then you ate it again.
You jogged a whole two weeks. Then you couldn’t bring yourself to it anymore.
You said you were going to read more. But TV sounded better.
You promised not to sleep with him again. Then he called…

You’ve failed. You’ve made mistakes.
That’s no reason not to keep trying.
Look at the long view. Fighting, even a small, at times feeble fight, is more important than surrender.
The dragon will go down over time.
Sure, if you focus it will go down quicker. But so what if you don’t?
What’s more important, slaying the dragon or timing the slaying?

Begin. And continue. And restart.

Keep trying.
